- A minimum of 1 years of Reservation and Revenue Distribution. Experience in hotel sales industry is plus.
- Positive attitude, strong service mind and open-minded for multi-tasks working environments.
- English and communication skill
- Experience in Telephone Operator will be an advantage.
- 1-2 years of experience and knowledge in Sales Strategies (OTAs/ Wholesale/ Corporate/ GDS etc.)
- Being able to work on flexible hours/shift as necessary.

JOB HIGHLIGHTS:
- Responsible for daily multi-administrative tasks in the head quarter as call center, reservations, and sales distributions.
- Responds to communications from guests, OTAs, travel agents, corporate and referral networks concerning reservations by email, calls or through a central reservation system.
- Collaborate closely with Kokotel properties for operational supports.
- Report to Director of Operation.

- Major responsibility in conjunction with team to ensure that all times, the hotel is operating at maximum occupancy levels and the following are achieved.
- Creates and maintains reservation record and prepares confirmation letter as well as promptly processes any enquiries, cancellations and modifications etc.
- Preparing related reports concern to reservation and revenue related as well as process advance reservation deposits.
- Responsible for handling incoming calls for the cluster hotels for the general enquiries, request for sales proposals, book the room reservations in professional, efficient, and friendly manner.
- Input the accurate accounts on rates and inventory allotments in the IDS/GDS and property PMS in a timely manner to promote rate parity throughout all booking channels.
- Making reservations of hotels within Kokotel group (new, amendments, cancellations) as well as checking availability and stop sales of each properties
- Following up confirmation and entry status to the PMS system.
- Upselling hotels reservation/products and distribution channel data integrity to meet the revenue goals.
- Responsible for ensuring that every reservation contains the correct and applicable information. This will alleviate guest concerns during the check in and checkout procedure.
- Liaise and work closely among Head Quarter team and cluster hotel properties in between departments to ensure good cohesion for the guest stays.
